The apartment offers free WiFi (62 Mbps), a corner sofa, a phone charger, a TV with international channels, two air-conditioning units for cooling and heating, a first aid kit, and a safe. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and pleated blinds.

I pay close attention to every detail, as I want my guests to feel at home and have everything they need. I understand how important it is for the space to be comfortable, functional, and welcoming, which is why I’ve made sure the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. My goal is for every guest to feel welcome and have all the essentials for a perfect getaway.
The apartment is located in the old town center of Vipava. Vipava charms with its appearance, numerous waters, castles, and rich history. The Vipava Valley, due to its Mediterranean climate – a unique climate with many sunny days, mild winters, and characteristic bora wind, is interesting throughout the year as it attracts numerous hikers, mountain runners, cyclists, as well as climbers and paragliders. The most famous is the via ferrata on Gradiška Tura, which is about 2km from the apartment. The nearest parking lot is located 50 meters away from the apartment.
