Zrub je postavený s krásneho guľatinového dreva a ponúka úžasnú atmosféru. Lokalita zrubu pod Chopkom je s krásnymi výhľadmi do lesa a umiestnený je v lese asi 5 minút od Hotela Partizán, Hotela Golf a Hotela Stupka. Disponuje veľkou vyhrievanou terasou a k dispozícii je aj vírívka a sauna s krbom a vonkajšou sprchou. Pre deti je tu detské ihrisko a plná výbava pre deti a hostia tu môžu opekať a grilovať.
