Having worked in various countries, done lots of business and leisure traveling, my experience is that a quality apartment is usually a MUCH better choice than a classic hotel room which may not provide enough space, privacy, decent fridge, a proper TV, desk, a really fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine or even a simple piece of cutlery (a knife or say a bottle opener?) - the list can be very long. Very well stocked daily Supermarket (incl fresh veg, fruit, meat and bakery produce), Pharmacy, Clinic, ATM are very conveniently located in the building. Most key points of interest literally in walking distance (including well maintained outdoor swimming pools in or near the big city park.
