Modern apartment with air conditioning designed by a designer on measure. It is in an excellent location with easy access to the city center (12 min. on foot, 4 min. by scooter, 2 min. by car) or to the nearest Galéria shopping center (15 min. on foot, 5 min. by scooter, 2 min. by car). The apartment is fully furnished with quality espresso machine. Has one separate bedroom with a double bed and a couch in the living room. A private parking space is available for every guest. For relaxation, you can use a smart TV with Netflix.
I really like meeting new people, I've been working with people for years, I really enjoy it, that's why I decided to offer an apartment in this way as well. I live 3 min. by car from the apartment, I am available in case of any requests.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood called "Nová Terasa", it is mostly inhabited by young modern people, living in it is rated as one of the best in the city. From this place you can get everywhere easily and quickly, including the city center, groceries, shopping centers, bars, etc.
