Location, location, location. Homey and beautifully decorated 3 bed, 3 bath condo a walk from the University Campus of Dakar, Sea Plaza, Fann and Mermoz. Amenities loaded for your convenience. Guests get 2 day per week cleaning. Electricity cost is NOT INCLUDED in rental price. Clients are responsible for removing trash. This is a non-smoking, non party rental. Keys to property will only be handed to person named in booking of property. All guests must be listed with front desk.
