Unique ocean front villa in the Pelikan Key area, one of the most exclusive and safe areas in St Maarten. The large pool overlooks the ocean which is safely accessible either by a retractable ladder or a small private beach. Restaurants, grocery stores , aquatic activities center and casinos are all at walking distance. All the bedrooms surround the pool and the south west orientation of the house guarantees unique sunsets and 180 degrees view of the caribean sea.
