My two bedroom luxury apartment is on the second floor of an attractive 7 story Condominium very close to the beach. It has outstanding panoramic views over the superb swimming pool and the tree lined golf course opposite. All furnishings and fittings are to a high standard with 4* hotel protected mattresses and bedding which has been much appreciated by many previous guests. Being light and airy with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area leading through bi fold doors onto a very pleasant glass fronted balcony. The two double bedrooms are large enough for a king size bed in one and queen size in the other with both rooms having adjacent en-suite bathrooms. All bedroom windows benefit from mosquito screens so you may sleep with them open during the pleasant cooler nights. In the hotter season all rooms have independent air conditioning units set to your own requirements. The kitchen and dining area are fully fitted out to cater for 4 persons with utensils for six. The large fridge freezer will cater for every requirement and complements the four ring ceramic hob and microwave, All are new and in a clean pristine condition. I am the owner and live in Hua Hin and therefore able to assist immediately with any unlikely problems.

As a retired Englishman I am lucky to be able to benefit from a wonderful lifestyle living in Thailand. Golf is my main passion alongside a very active social life in Hua Hin. If you need any advise on what to do or where to go I can offer my experience of the area. I can certainly help on the golfing scene and give my advice on the nine championship courses in the area. Khao Takiab is the prime beach area of Hua Hin. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to the busy town center of Hua Hin, or relax by travelling on the local 10 baht local open (slow) bus! However all you need is within walking distance - a local 7-11 store is only a 5 minute walk away to buy your everyday requirements Beach - Bars - Restaurants - massage lounges - hotels. Avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Hua Hin and relax in this rapidly developing and strategically located beach resort area. Beautiful clean sandy beaches stretch for miles along this famous coastline and you will be in sight of your own Khao Takiab beach only a five minute stroll away. This 7 kilometer beach has its own short stretch of select restaurants and bars alongside rows of beach beds and sunshades to keep you out of the mid day sun !! The remaining kilometers give the opportunity for that lovely walk on a deserted beach we all dream of
