The villa is located in the centre of Rawai located in a nice area, very close to shops and restaurants. Rawai beach and Nai Harn beach are only 5 minutes away. The size of the swimming pool is 4 meter on 8 meter. There are 2 bedrooms in the main villa and a master bedroom with bath opposite the villa. The master bedroom and gym are in construction for the moment. Construction will be finished on 1st of November 2023. There is fast wifi with Netflix and IPTV so you can see almost every channel in the world. The european style kitchen with dishwasher has everything you need. Also there is a barbecue provided.
