All rooms are non-smoking rooms. The hotel provides outdoor smoking designated areas for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking in hotel’s building is strictly prohibited, any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a cleaning fees of no less than THB 5,000. Smoking cannabis is strictly prohibited anywhere within the hotel premises.

Please note that Carlton Club Lounge benefits include a complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Plate Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:30 am, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, and pre-dinner beverages with canapés from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order 7:45 pm). Alcohol is not served to guests under 20 years of age or to intoxicated guests.

Please note that a complimentary meeting room is available for 2 hours per stay, subject to availability. Non-Club guests will be charged THB 1,000++ per person per day (plus 10% service charge and 7% government tax).
