This Elegant 51 sqm room boasts a stylish interior and is conveniently located within the vibrant Grand Avenue project on Pattaya Soi 15, nestled between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao. This large one-bedroom condo offers exceptional comfort with no compromises, featuring a top-notch mattress and two large widescreen TVs. The project itself boasts an expansive pool area surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, two well-equipped fitness centers, steam rooms, and saunas.

The condo is situated in the very impressive Grand Avenue Residences which is located on Soi 15, which runs between Second Road and Soi Buakhao. In recent years Soi Buakhao has become once of Pattaya's most vibrant areas with many of Pattaya's most popular restaurants, cafe's, shops bars and clubs being located in the immediate vicinity. Avenue Mall - 100m Soi LK Metro - 200m Pattaya City Hospital - 200m Mike Shopping Mall - 300m Royal Garden Plaza - 350 m Pattaya Beach - 500m Friendship Supermarket - 550m Central Festival Mall - 600m Walking Street - 850m Terminal 21 Mall - 2.5km The infamous Baht Buses run north on Second Road, south on Beach Road and in both directions on Soi Buakhao, it is therefore very simple and only 10 THB to reach most destinations within the city centre. There is multiple taxi motorbikes right outside the building, & both Bolt and Grab taxis are available at all times. Each of the buildings in Grand Avenue have underground parking, with access to the rooms via lift.
