Luxury modern pool Villa, 3 large bedrooms all with luxury bathrooms ensuite, wonderful views overlooking pool and luscious gardens. 5G fibre optic wifi. All mod cons, with a kitchen made for the aspiring chef. Security walled and gated for complete privacy. No long term rentals, maximum stay 2 months (currently)
We have lived on an island called Koh Phangan in Thailand, for 10 years, we have been in hospitality in Cape Town, South Africa, guests houses and restaurants. We very knowledgeable about Koh Phangan and can assist you in making your holiday memorable in every way. An appointed agent or most likely the owners (Pam and Craig) will collect you at the pier, meet and greet and fill you in on all the house details and what to do
Fairly rural in a luxury estate, with 3 phase electricity amd pristine surrounds. Shopping inThong Sala a mere 5 minutes away with excellent restaurants in Haad Yao, close to Srithanu, Hing Kong, Ko Maa, Beaches are also roughly 5 minutes away. Haadrin 20 minutes, Thong Nai Pan 30 min. Enjoy the quite of the estate and drive to all the busy nightlife spots. Hire a car or motor cycle. We can possibly come to a rental n arrangement on our 4x4
