Hello. Our names are Oleg and Kate. We moved to live on this fabulous island in 2022. We enjoy hiking around different parts of the island, traveling around the country and skydiving. We found this cozy place with a beautiful view of the sea and magical sunsets, made a complete modern renovation, putting a piece of our soul into it. We want you to be as comfortable as possible living with us, so we have filled our homes with everything you need for your stay. We want you to have wonderful impressions of the time spent on Koh Phangan and at our resort. And we pay great attention to the wishes of our guests and strive to meet your wishes. Nestled in a beautiful location on Koh Phangan, renowned for its amazing sunsets and breathtaking sea views, this house seamlessly combines modern aesthetics with island charm. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a tropical rain shower, and a plush king-size bed. The room's unique and thoughtful lighting design creates a tranquil ambiance, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation or adventure on this enchanting island. Please note: We are not a hotel. You rent houses from us for your stay. We do not have a reception desk. Check-in and check-out occurs independently. Cleaning is done once every 5 days. If you require additional cleaning, change of towels or bed linen, please let us know. All our houses are equipped with safes. According to the house rules, we are not responsible for valuables, money, securities, jewelry and other things left outside the safe. Thanks for understanding. That we are located in a tourist area. Although there are no entertainment areas in the immediate vicinity of the resort, you may occasionally hear music. It can be noisy at times due to our neighbors' construction work. We can't influence this. Usually these jobs don't last long. During this period we offer reduced prices for accommodation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are located in the Haad Yao area, on the western side of the island. This place has some of the best and most beautiful beaches on the island. There is a grocery store, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Taxi cars are constantly waiting nearby. There is all the infrastructure necessary for life.
