To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged with an additional fee at THB 900 net per person per way for a join-in speedboat transfer from and to the resort pier. As the resort operates the join-in speedboat transfer with a fixed schedule, all boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitations; otherwise, there will be no seats available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of the boat schedule and for transfer arrangements. Any request for the speedboat transfer apart from the resort’s joint speedboat schedule will be charged as a private transfer.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying persons in their party prior to arrival.

Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably.

Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun loungers or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach.

From May 15th to August 20th, 2025 (inclusive), the hotel will be renovating the Guest Service Office and Lobby Lounge floors. During this time, the reception area for check-in and check-out will be temporarily relocated to the air-conditioned area of Raya Dining restaurant.

From May 15th to September 15th, 2025 (inclusive), the hotel will be renovating the kitchen area of the Raya Dining restaurant. Consequently, the restaurant itself will be closed during this period. However, breakfast and afternoon tea will be served at Krua Phranang restaurant as an alternative.

From September 22nd to October 2nd, 2025 (inclusive), The Grotto restaurant will undergo roof and restroom renovations, and will be closed during this time.

Rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for 2 people in one-bedroom Pavilions and for 4 people in two-bedroom Pavilions and two-bedroom Villas. An extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.
