SAB Residence is perfect for all kind for Budget traveler and it located very centrally in south Pattaya. Rooms are perfectly equipped with all facility Like Air Condition, Tea Make,r Free WiFi, Refrigerator, complimentary 2 bottle of water every day and reception all the time for guest assistance. SAB Residence rooms are designed where customer feel Home away from home because rooms are equipped by keeping in mind what are the basic things it more importent when the gust travel.

Public transport is available 40 meter away from the property 24/7, 7 Eleven is 60 meter away, Jomtien Beach is 1.5 KM distance from the Property by Public transport only 10 thb. Pattaya and Jomtien beach is only 1 km away from the SAB Residence. Pratumnak Hill only 700 meter away from the property. All kinds of restaurant and Bars i located in the range of 500 meter to 800 meter. In Front of the property very nice restaurant is located with tour and travel services.
