Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this spacious one-bedroom apartment in Patong. Admire Patong's famous sunsets from the large private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a jacuzzi bath. This is the perfect spot to start and end your day. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. To keep the cost down, please be mindful and close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning during your stay is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee.

Neighbourhood information

The Privilege Residence is set in a peaceful hillside area near Kalim Beach. The vibrant center of Patong, with its nightlife venues, restaurants and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Other popular destinations such as Kamala beach, Red Mountain Golf course, Tiger Kingdom or Elephant Jungle Sanctuary are within a 15-minute drive. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island and the area.
