Luxurious two-storey villa with a beautiful large garden and private pool. Villa with 3 bedrooms and an office. Tall windows offer great views of the tropical garden and outdoor pool. Located in a cozy residential complex in the south of the island, a 15-minute walk to the Rawai promenade and a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful Naiharn beach. Utilities are paid additionally by meters: Electricity 7 THB per kW. Water 50 THB per m3. We will take photos of the meter readings on the day of your arrival and departure. The security deposit must be paid on the day of check-in - 1000 USD. It will be returned to you on the day of check-out. For stays of 8 nights or more, cleaning and linen change once a week are included in the rental price. If you need cleaning and change of linen more often, please let us know in advance and we will arrange it. An additional fee will apply. The garden and pool are cleaned twice a week. Garbage collection is carried out 2 times a week. Please take your trash to the trash can next to your parking space.

The villa is located in a cozy residential complex in the south of the island, a 15-minute walk to the large, lively Rawai promenade, where there are many cocktail bars and cafes overlooking the sea. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, spas, a wine boutique, a bakery, restaurants of different cuisines. If you walk along the embankment (7-10 minutes), you can find several cozy restaurants where you will be served delicious seafood dishes. At the end of the embankment there will be a pier and a fish market, which is open daily. Here you can buy and ask to cook the best seafood on the island, as well as buy souvenirs and shells for the whole family. Unfortunately, Rawai beach is absolutely not suitable for swimming due to strong low tides, but the best southern beach Naiharn with fine sand and clear water is 5 minutes away by transport. The observation deck of Cape Promthep is only 2 km and 7 minutes drive along a beautiful mountain road. For shopping lovers, Central Festival shopping center or Patong can be reached in 30 minutes, to the airport in an hour.
