This condominium is situated a mere 500m away from Patong beach. Additionally, there is a 24-hour open Family Mart located next to my condo. Around lunchtime, bike restaurants can be found across the main road, where you can easily try out local food and drinks. Furthermore, there are numerous restaurants and massage shops located in my area. So, explore the neighborhood and discover your favorite spot during your stay. If you are able to ride a scooter, then it is highly recommended to try it out! There are many bike rental shops located along the main road. If you happen to forget your license, some shops accept your passport as identification. Please note that my place is located uphill, but there are steps beside the slope to make it easier to walk up the hill. Despite the hill, my condo offers a splendid ocean view from the rooftop pool. ☛ Walking distance to the beach - 500m; ☛ 80 m. to Family Mart (convenience store); ☛ Great variety of restaurants, bars, massage shops, and other spots of touristic and residential infrastructure; ☛ Elevated and located on a slope of a hill, cool and fresh air results and breathtaking views; ☛ Very quiet for Patong, with no sources of loud music around the place - peaceful sleep at night; ☛ No more than 5 minutes ( 1,5 km.) by car or by motorbike to Jungceylon ( major shopping mall ) and Bangla street ( Phuket center of nightlife and entertainment)
