Our luxurious Beach View Villa is located in an exclusive enclave of custom built homes in the most desirable area of Koh Samui. The hillside location gives you breathtaking views of Tongson Bay and total privacy. The beach is a five minute walk from the villa.

You can enjoy the quiet island life and quaint beaches or you can go to the main tourist spots in a few minutes. Great location with the best views on the island. There is 24 hour security in the neighborhood and the area is safe any time of day or night. You can walk down. to the beach in about five. minutes or you can drive down to the beach in a few minutes and park near the Tongson Bungalow Resort or the Melati Hotel. The five star Ritz Carlton and Six Senses are two minutes away and our views are much better! Probably best to rent a car but we can arrange a van with driver if desired,. We are about a 10 minute drive to Chaweng Beach, 3 minutes to Choengmon, 10 minutes to Fishermans Village in Bophut. 10 minutes from airport. Most people agree its the most convenient location on the island, away from the crowds but close to everything!
