Beautiful Modern Design mountain-side villa with a spacious swimming pool and sea views. Ideal for families and groups of friends. 5 bedrooms (4 in the villa and 1 ''studio'' room with independent access), 4 bathrooms. 280 sqm2 of internal space, air-conditioning, fan, smart tv in all bedrooms. Strong wifi, smart TV, safe, Sonos audio, outdoor kitchen with barbecue... The villa is located in the hills of Bophut, affording its guests a high quality and stylish standard of living along with stunning panoramic sea views. A few minutes drive to Fisherman's Village vibrant life and the best beaches around the north coast, we are located in the most convenient area of Koh Samui. The airport, Chaweng Beach &, Big Buddha are all easily accessible. Full day maid service is included 5 times per week. (From 8.30am to 5pm with lunch break from 12pm to 1pm.) Breakfast option is possible, grocieries to be paid extra before shopping. Swimming Pool Size : 4x10x1.8 (W/L/D) Things to note : 1. Early Arrival and Late Departure: Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2. Additional Amenities: For amenities such as extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please contact our staff to confirm availability. These items may incur a separate fee. 3. Island Stay Considerations: Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay. 4.
