Our manager always contacts the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) to obtain information on the duration of the outage. However, please note that this is beyond our control, and our team cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. During a power outage, we request that you avoid using water. The water supply is connected to the electricity, and using water during an outage can disrupt the functioning of the water pump when the power is restored. Please do not flush toilet paper and please, discard all feminine hygiene products or wipes into the trash. The fine for toilet clog is 1500 THB During the months of May and June, there may be storms at the end of the day. These storms often bring a temporary influx of flies that are harmless. We recommend closing all doors and turning off outdoor lights, as they tend to attract these flies. Thailand is considered one of the safest countries in the world. However, we advise you not to leave your belongings outside of the safe during cleaning or at any other time throughout your stay. Therefore, we unfortunately can not predict the exact date or time. We most of the time get the information from the developer the day they start construction. To reassure all our guest most of our properties are in an area where all the construction are done. Otherwise, we will prevent you in advance.
