Happy to rent you this beautiful villa, we wish you to spend a wonderful holiday in Thailand. We like to share our knowledge of Pattaya, its surroundings and Thailand. We will take the time to meet you, if you wish.

Property information

The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary luxury: billiards, international TV, Wi-Fi, large furniture, modern fully equipped kitchen, etc. It has 4 bedrooms with very large beds and 4 private bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfortable and restorative sleep. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, complete set of dishes... A washing machine and a shelf are available. The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area. Large private pool. Ideally located in a secure 24/7 residence with laundry and taxi service. Close to all amenities, you will find very good restaurants open morning, midday and evening as well as supermarkets type 7-Eleven. Upon arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. A professional team will clean every 3 days.

The villa is ideally located just minutes from the famous walking street and beaches, The Villa is in the center of Pattaya, between the famous walking street (5min) and Jomtien beach (5min) or Pratumnak beach (3min) by scooter. it is only 1 km. Nearby all amenities and all kinds of shops. It is very easy to move from the villa to visit Pattaya, go shopping or go to the beach. We have in the residence a service of taxis, rent of scooters and taxis collective near the villa.
