Evimiz şehre 4 km uzaklıkta, ormana 500 m mesafede şehir manzaralı yeşillikler içinde sakin bir yerdir. Binamız yeni yönetmeliğine göre inşa edilmiş betonarme yapıdır. Binada tek katı kullanılabilir durumdadır. 500 m2 bahçesi zemini çim kaplı, çeşitli meyve ağaçları vardır. Sabah kiraz ağaçlarının altında kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Boluda turistik yerlere en uygun konumdadır.
