Cozy living/dining area with TV and sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen. A private bar with minibar and glassware. Modern bathroom and a leafy balcony leading to a roof terrace with seating and Galata Tower views. (Roof Terrace: The roof terrace is private to the apartment but please note, due to neighborhood regulations, there is no electricity on the roof terrace, and the terrace is available until 9 PM. It is strictly forbidden to use) 🏠 Middle Floor: Another master bedroom with queen bed, bay window and and air conditioning. A second living area with TV and sofa-bed. Single bedroom with a desk—ideal for working. Kitchen with dining area and another full bathroom. There is an AC in the hallway which freezes both the kitchen and the single bedroom. 🏠 Ground Floor: Full-size sauna, multi-purpose room with daybed and smart TV, kitchenette, and bathroom. Children’s playroom with tent and toys (items can be moved upstairs if needed). Also includes baby cribs, bathtub, high chair, plush toys, and ride-on cars. An air conditioning to freeze all rooms ( multi-purpose room, kitchen etc.) in the ground floor. 🧺 Laundry Room: Accessible via a separate entrance, includes washer/dryer and extra linens and towels. 🔐 Each floor has its own private entrance, providing comfort and privacy for larger groups. The house accommodates up to 8 guests: 2 queen beds, 1 single room, 2 sofas, and 1 daybed.
