Ours is a family owned small boutique hotel in a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to good restaurants, public beaches, coastal cliffs with spectacular views. Before making a reservation please consider the following points: 1. We are on the landing path of airplanes, depending on the date and the time, there may be airplane noise. As long as windows are shut tight during traffice hours, it should be OK, but if you are very sensitive, it may not be suitable for you. 2. As a legally operating accomodation business, we are legally obliged to register all of our guests in the police database. So, you should not invite anybody without letting us know, so that we can enter their ID details too. 3. As there may be other guests in other floors of the same villa, keeping the noise levels low, especially during the late and early hours is of utmost importance. 4. It is important to keep all your valuables with you; so please don’t leave any jewellery and/or cash in the unit. 5. As a small business, we are on a tight schedule. Unfortunately we can’t be very flexible on check-in/check-out time.
