The apartment is located right on Mahmutlar’s beautiful sea line — one of Alanya’s most desirable and peaceful coastal areas. The neighborhood offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience: clean beaches, a long promenade for morning walks, and plenty of seaside cafés, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. Everything you need — supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and local markets — is within walking distance. Mahmutlar is known for its relaxed international atmosphere, safe streets, and easy access to Alanya center (about 10–15 minutes by bus or taxi).
