My husband, Omer, and I live in Kas town year-round. I moved to Kas from London in 2013. It is a beautiful and charming place and has so much to offer - relaxation and adventure. I enjoy swimming in the clear crystal waters, wandering the trails, or, in the cooler weather, cycling.

Property information

Villa Grand Sunset offers wonderful space with sleek interior for a holiday by the sea. There are great views from the bedrooms and also the sun terrace. The USP is the private sea access including a platform with sunloungers and parasols. There is a BBQ area for the evenings and options for dining inside or on the terrace.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located on the Kas peninsula a 5-minute drive from Kas Town. It is a peaceful neighbourhood with other villas and a couple of small, boutique-style, hotels nearby. There are areas of historical interest or plenty of activities (scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking, to name a few). In Kas town, you will find many restaurants and cafes as well as small supermarkets and independent stores.
