Villa Lulu has a large swimming pool and a surrounding terrace with full sun all day and shaded areas under a beautiful pergola covered by grapes and magnificent bougainvillea. There is also a comfortable seating area by the pool for guests to enjoy outdoor al fresco dining, BBQ or relaxing with a drink. Villa is located in quiet peaceful location tucked away from main roads, 15 minutes walk to Kalkan centre with a choice of lovely restaurants and shops on the way towards a public beach. The nearest food shop is only 5 minutes away. Villa Lulu benefits from air conditioners in every room, a free high speed WiFi, flat-screen TV, breath-taking sea, Kalkan town and mountain views from two terraces and all bedrooms, and ample seating arrangements in the living room and on each of its three terraces. There is also a lower garden area with two olive trees and a place to relax and play family games. Front door of the villa leads to the hall, lounge with ample comfortable seating, kitchen with a dining table, chairs and downstairs clockroom. A staircase leads to two en-suite bedrooms (one double and one twin) on the first floor and the third twin bedroom on the second floor.

Each bedroom at Villa Lulu has a door to a terrace with comfortable seating. We ensured maximum security of the villa by having lockable gates installed on every window – you can even sleep with windows open worry-free all night. There are anti-mosquito nets on all large windows and even terrace doors. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and an ironing board.
