“老板非常熱情！！因為我有詢問怎麼從車站到民宿，所以從我抵達知本車站開始就非常細心的指導我怎麼到達，還介紹了附近所有的公共交通和景點，給老板發消息他也會非常快的回覆，真的給我很多幫助🥰🥰 老板還非常仔細的介紹了房間每一個設施，從溫泉溫度怎樣最合適，溫泉水的功效（真的手指泡一會水都會變滑滑的）到這個房間新換的記憶床墊🤣但床品真的很舒服🥰記憶床墊不用多說，枕頭也是我一路住來最舒適的，蓬蓬的但不會塌耶！！差點去要鏈接 房間也是為了能通風裝了兩扇門所以就算泡很久溫泉房間也不會潮潮的，房間內的設施雖然...”

“一、從還沒至旅店時，就接到旅店老闆致電關心，還通知有不同房型給我們選擇，並提前告知我們旅店附近有什麼隱藏美食，且會介紹附近可以去逛的地方，很貼心。 二、到旅店後，全程老闆都會仔細告知房間內所有設施，又提供給我們隔天早上可以去吃的早餐店，買早餐的時候，還真的有老闆所講的驚喜，真的很優惠。 三、房間設施很好，尤其是浴室裡面的石頭浴缸，2個人同時進去泡都還有空間，溫泉水又很不錯，房間內擺設很溫馨，讓人住了很舒服。”
