“環境不錯很乾淨衛生（離蘇澳新和蘇澳站都很近） 很適合休閒度假 如果沒開車要租車的話 記得在蘇澳火車站先租好車再辦入住，這樣子去哪裡都方便，周邊騎車幾分鐘就很多景點”

“沒有菸味（很重要），室內燈光明亮，浴室熱水充足溫度剛好（剛開始有段冷水，正常）。 有有線電視臺可看，有小冰箱，空間寬敞乾淨（與照片相符）。需脫鞋（好）。 房東也會提供建議附近的好吃餐廳。”
