“房間設備材料很用心空間規劃很不錯，但獨缺男女祼湯的空間這對國民旅遊是很需要的，綺麗的2F運動中心的小孩遊戲規劃區太大空間是夠的有點可惜！台東的陽光很大，飯店前那片廣大的泳池缺少遮陽的涼亭，整體而言這是一家用心在經營的業者值得多多觀注”

“雖然這次入住時遇上了飯店的泳池被颱風影響無法使用，但露天的泡湯太棒了，而且晚上像在包場 這次入住高樓層也能在房間看到對面的鹿野高台在施放煙火，早餐雖然選項不多，但也有在地風味 房間也可以泡湯，完完全全的放鬆了旅行的疲倦，飯店人員也很親切及熱忱，有機會可以來入住體驗一下”

“房間安靜，入房很像與世隔絕。 棉被、床墊也不會癢癢的，也沒有漂白水的味道。 照片跟實際入住是一樣的。 早餐很豐富，就是披薩、麵包，很硬。 一整層的遊戲室，還有桌球室 戶外也好玩，有籃球場、健康步道 停車也很方便”

“從進入綺麗渡假村感受就很好！ 房間內溫泉泡澡池超大很舒服，還可欣賞見窗外景觀，陽台寬大可以吃東西聊天。露天游泳池小朋友玩的很開心。 小朋友遊樂設施對親子旅遊很適合，整體上算是不錯！”

“這次因為熱氣球選擇住在鹿野，飯店人員很親切，因為提要到想到附近走走，馬上推薦了布農部落。 飯店有大游泳池，玩得很開心，到熱氣球高台也只要15分鐘，推薦要去看熱氣球的人來住喔～”

“房間跟浴室都很大，有戶外游泳池、還有室內遊戲室，遊戲室真的是驚豔到大還分兩區，有黑板可以畫畫、旁邊可以下棋，真的很不錯！大廳還有賣泡麵零食跟酒，真的是看完熱氣球太晚了可以買來吃很方便！泡澡是溫泉水喔”
