2015年底全新完工獨棟歐式鄉村風格別墅、溫馨、親切就像你家的雲淡風清民宿，座落在中央山脈與海岸山脈間縱谷，距離鳳林鎮中正路的鬧區與火車站約800公尺，交通及生活機能便利，是名符其實的離塵不離城。地理位置正處花東縱谷中區偏北，南下北上各大景點如太魯閣國公園、鯉魚潭、雲山水、林田山、賞螢與花的大農大富園區、甚至瑞穗泛舟與玉里賞金針花皆適合，是定點旅遊的最佳留宿之處。 在陽台或院子裡坐會兒，用美景佐茶，人聲渺然，前有潺潺水聲，後有雲霧多變的山，無聲的搬演著巨大的風景劇。 我們沒有汲汲營營的商業氣息，我們有的是讓你來不及看清楚的鳥兒，總是在田野中漫步或盤旋在上空的白鷺鷥，翩翩飛舞的蝴蝶，忙忙碌碌的蜜蜂，自然農法的果菜……等等花、鳥、樹、草、鄉村生態。這裡可以朝攬晨霧、午眺雲嵐、夕攏流霞、夜賞星晨。三五好友或至愛親人齊來聽雨、觀雲、賞花、評酒、品茶、說笑、觀瀑、戲水，人生至此，夫復何求？
我是Sam Yang(山羊)，別人都稱我為楊教授。 太太姓董，你可以叫她羊董XD 我們來自高雄鳳山，那為什麼要遠奔300公里來到花蓮鳳林呢? 先來看一段小故事吧~~ 在我們小孩求學期間，幾乎每年寒暑假常開車到花蓮旅遊。因而，喜愛上了花蓮的好山好水。 於是我們夢想在花蓮蓋一棟自己的家，開始在網頁搜尋花蓮的建地，最後找到了鳳林這塊依山傍水的美地。 某次周日花蓮鳳林教會禮拜時，得知教會提供給社區中小學生免費課輔。牧師曾提及他們很缺國中課輔老師，這點提醒了我們退休後可加入鳳林社區服務，一方面也可分享上帝給我們的愛與恩典。 在2013年開始籌畫自地自建，一磚一瓦均自行挑選，安全要求一點也不馬虎，總算在上帝保守中完成，並取名"雲淡風清"。因興建過程常發現雲彩漂浮於眼前的山坡，不時吹來清新的涼風~~ 好啦不多說，有機會來花蓮可別忘了找我們呀~相信你們也會喜歡這裡的!
