“停車非常方便，近森林公園以及海濱公園，住宿時民宿有腳踏車可以免費使用，可以騎腳踏車去買晚餐，逛森林公園、海濱公園。 老闆非常熱情好客，會很詳細的跟客戶介紹如何遊玩台東。 房間乾淨舒適還有小冰箱可使用，如果房間的瓶裝水不夠還可以再去拿。 一樓大廳是公共空間，有飲水機可裝熱水、飲用水。 住宿每人還附贈一張美而美早餐50元折抵卡，美而美在民宿附近而已，餐點不錯，CP值很高。 可以感受到民宿老闆很用心的經營，是個非常好的住宿體驗，下次有機會，還會再來住宿。”

“民宿地點就在森林公園和海濱公園附近,這次下午4點半辦入住剛好還沒有人,汽車可以直接停民宿裡面的車位很棒,就算晚到的話外面馬路也都是有車位不用擔心,民宿也提供免費的腳踏車和礦泉水,可以借民宿的腳踏車去海濱公園騎車散步,更可以直接騎到市區吃晚餐,不用擔心沒有汽車車位,很方便!早餐有提供附近的早餐店1人50的兌換券!下次有去台東的話會想在入住!”
