• Njiro Homestay provides pleasant, clean, safe and affordable accommodation. It stands as the best option to enjoy the warmth of hospitality while in Tanzania and specifically Arusha. • Currently the house provides 4 self-contained rooms. Two rooms are ideal for a couple or a single person traveling alone. The other two rooms are set for families travelling with children or a group of students. • Njiro Homestay provides a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, gas cooker electrical kettle, toaster, utensils, teas, coffees and sugar. Guests will be allowed to use the kitchen to prepare breakfast (only) or warm their meals (Food items at own account).

My job has given me the opportunity to travel and experience many cultures. Hosting will continue to provide the space of engaging with different cultures fostering a sense of global community and interconnectedness. I also believe that through hosting I will be engaging more with people from different backgrounds which will give opportunity to build relationships that expand social support networks. As an African I grew up in extended family environment. The kind of hosting I am investing on is opening space for sharing the little I have with the world and continue with the extended family in a different way.

Njiro Homestay is located at slightly developed, quiet and safe Area. The area is well served with Public transport (after every 10 to 15 minutes there is a bus to any direction one wants. Other Important services in the area (at a walking distance) include a hospital (government and specialized polyclinic ), small shops, churches and a shopping centre with mini supermarkets, a bakery, financial services (money transfers), a pharmacy, salons and Petrol stations and local take aways. Our guests will need Health Insurance (accepted in Tanzania) to access the Hospital; Nonetheless there are options for paying Cash. Lutheran and Anglican Churches are at a walking distance. Catholic church is 3 bus stops from the house.
