Studio apartment with all amenities in the historic city. House - an architectural monument of the XIX century. Renovation in the apartment is finished in December 2013.. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey house, total area - 34 m², ceiling height - 4.5 meters. There is everything necessary for comfortable living. Prior to the main beaches of Odessa - 10 minutes.
From the famous Deribasovskaya st. - 5 minutes on foot. Walking distance to the central beach (“Langeron”, “Otrada”). At 100 meters from the house - Shevchenko Park.
From the airport, railway and bus stations can be reached by public transport (buses, trolley buses and taxis). An individual transfer is possible
