Started to receive guests from June 2018, very attentive to the requirements of future guests and want to meet your most positive feedback. The apartment is in a homely, warm and cozy style. The house is surrounded by grandiose parks, on the territory of one of them is the national historical and memorial reserve "Babiy Yar". And in the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are the following facilities: "Syretsky Park" (after reconstruction) with children's railway and rope adventure park, park "Dubki" with the same restaurant, arboretum, as well as a television center, with advanced Ukrainian TV channels, and Kiev TV tower. Excellent transport interchange: ground transportation goes along the main arteries of the city to any of its points, practically from the house itself. To the metro station Dorogozhychi - 7 minutes by a quiet step. Than this branch is good: there are only two stops to the city center, but it is not loaded (even in rush hour you are guaranteed to sit down and get to the center of the capital with comfort). The 24-hour supermarket "ATB" is across the street.
