Property information

Modern studio apartments with brand-new designer renovation in elegant grey and yellow tones create a cozy, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay: a large bed with an orthopedic mattress and crisp white linens, a relaxing area with soft lighting and air conditioning, a dining area, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, electric kettle, dishes, and all necessary utensils for cooking. Every studio features a modern shower cabin with glass partitions, a hairdryer, fresh towels, and toiletries. These apartments are perfect for both short and long stays, combining style, comfort, and functionality. There are five identical studios of this type available.
