Sought-after Beach Walker villa located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this beautiful villa in the Omni Amelia Island Resort is it! Enjoy gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the main living area and kitchen. One of two private balconies can be accessed from the dining area, where you'll enjoy views throughout the day. The kitchen has been tastefully updated and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and have been recently updated with new furniture and bed linens. On the top level of this multi-level condo is the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached bathroom, flat screen TV, and beautiful views. On the top level is also a bedroom with a new full size bed. From these two bedrooms, enjoy access to the private open balcony with great seating and views. There are two other bedrooms in the condo, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. All fresh linens are provided for our guests. Two full bathrooms are on the same level as these bedrooms, and all bath towels are provided.

The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This villa is located in the "up front" buildings, with the best views and closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. While at this rental, you can also enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort. Or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Please be advised this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” like the main hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service, and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
