New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

This home has been recently updated.    The upper main level offers a newly remodeled kitchen with an open living/dining area with views and sliders to a wrap around, expansive deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, bright white cabinets, and a center island with drawer-type microwave and stools for breakfast-bar seating.  The kitchen now opens to the French-style dining area. The living room has updated, coastal furniture including a new couch.  The sliders to the large back deck let the natural sun in and showcase the ocean views. On this level and down the hallway from the living area is a half bath, and at the end of hallway is the Master suite, furnished with a King bed, TV, and an adjoining full bath with tub/shower. Wake up each morning and take a couple of steps to the sliding glass doors that invite you to sit back and relax on the deck as you drink your coffee and take in the true beauty of Cape Cod. Walk in the front door or the side door from the breezeway and you are on the lower level. As you enter the front door there is an entryway with a staircase to the upstairs. To the left is a hallway with an enclosed washer/dryer in a closet and a door to the breezeway that has a small patio and entrance to garage. There is the enclosed outdoor shower in this area too.  To the right of the staircase is a hallway that goes around and to the back and left of the staircase.  On the right is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Directly in back of the staircase is a separate family room with sliders to small back deck and backyard. This family room offers a Queen sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and privacy sheers as well as drapes across the sliders for privacy. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed with sliders to a small deck and backyard. The 3rd bedroom offers a twin and double bed. To the left is a hallway with the 4th bedroom which is a second Master suite with a king bed, en suite full bath with tub/shower.
