The second floor has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 2 queen size inflatable airbeds, middle bedroom has 1 full size bed, and first bedroom has 1 twin size bed), living room sofa converts to a queen size sofa bed (extra linens provided). All bedrooms have closets (2 walk-in closets), clothes hangers, and dressers. Two bathrooms (master bedroom ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and second bathroom in hallway has a bathtub, toilet, sink). Bathrooms have hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and lotion). Includes private parking for up to 3 vehicles (two-cars garage and one-car or 1 sprinter/passenger van can fit in driveway). Additional street parking available, easy to find within one block of the property. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking with condiments/spices provided. Pet-friendly for a fee, kid-friendly and Uber/Lyft accessible. Within a mile of Prudential Center, Newark Penn Station with direct access to NYC, Hoboken, Exchange Place, and Journal Square. Basically, it’s your home away from home — but with better throw pillows. We’ve got a dedicated team on-site four days a week to handle groundskeeping and trash so everything stays fresh and tidy.
