Bring family and friends to this 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath updated home with a full outdoor kitchen and fire table. Everything you need including 3 HD TV's with antennas and 2 Apple TV's. NEW double ovens, frig, micro, & heating/cooling systems. Walking distance to running/hiking trails. Close to the Sandia Peak Tram, Sandia Casino, Balloon Fiesta Park and golf courses. Plenty of restaurants, wineries and breweries to choose from. Large upstairs balcony with great sunsets. 2 car garage access! Sleeps 9! Queen sofa bed in foyer. Sectional couch in main living area.
