PLEASE NOTE: Half of your reservations cost is due up front, and the other half will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 30 days out, the full amount is due up front. After placing your reservation, you will receive a text message asking you to verify your ID. This must be completed, or your reservation will be cancelled. This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. :) This recently remodeled cottage (2023) features two bedrooms, one bathroom (sleeps 4), brand-new stainless steel appliances, and an unbeatable location with easy beach access. In addition, the cottage is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's famous Center Street, filled with great dining, shopping, and nightlife options.  Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.  PARKING is available for up to 2 vehicles. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, and DJs are prohibited.
