Make this 3 bed 3 full bath your new home! Contemporary high rise apartment with amazing amenities such as pool, hot tub, lounge, pool table, fire pit, bbq, gym, parking on site. Inside the unit you will find new furniture + DTLA skyline on one of the top floors. Close walking proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries. We welcome LA convention center patriots which is just under 1 mile away. No parties, smoking or loud noise past 10pm, strict 24 hour on site security to ensure this.
