This classic 1930's Folly Beach cottage has been beautifully restored and updated, yet still holds onto the charm of Folly of years past. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not your place, as this home embodies old school era beach cottage vibes...cozy, worn, yet comfy. Across the street from the beach and on a full lot, this home is a must see with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood floors nearly throughout, and a full front porch for enjoying all the sight Folly has to offer! Featuring the original beadboard walls and ceilings, the living room has vaulted ceilings and a brick fireplace, while upstairs you can view the ocean from the large screened front porch. Bedroom 1 Upstairs: Queen Bedroom 2 Upstairs: Queen Bedroom 3 Downstairs: King Bedroom 4 Downstairs: 2 Twins During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s throughout the house, AC/Heating, Propane grill, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
