New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

You will enter through a side entry into an open eat-in kitchen that is sunny and bright.  The dining table offers seating for 6.   Off the kitchen is a screened in sun-porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sun.   There's also a small porch that lets the breeze and the bird songs come through.  Just off the porch around back, you will find the outdoor shower, a Cape Cod tradition. Great for rinsing off the sand and saltwater after a day well spent at the beach! Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a Queen sleep sofa, a flat screen TV and free WiFi.  Enjoy board games or even a puzzle on the large coffee table. Lots of comfy seating for all to relax and gather together.  The gas fireplace is perfect for a chilly night as the summer season winds down. Down the hallway are the 2 Bedrooms (both with newer beds), AC units, and a full bathroom with a shower.  There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Perfect for small families or two couples! New for 2022 now you can enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod evenings around the new Fire table on the Patio! This home is located in a convenient location close to Harwich Center, Brooks Park, bike trail, and the community center. Also, just a short walk to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee. Jump in the car and you are just 5 minutes to sandy Bank Street beach on Nantucket Sound where the water is warmer and the waves are gentle! Just a couple miles up the road: Long Pond with beautiful fresh water where you can swim, kayak, or enjoy boating on the largest fresh water lake on the Cape!
