Welcome to huge home with fenced backyard. Home features an open floor plan with a beautiful formal living room, modern kitchen equipped with appliances,cookware, tableware etc. opening into large dining area. There is a large rear deck off the kitchen. Whether you're here for business trip or to explore the diverse Philadelphia area, you will enjoy this secure place to return to at night with off street parking for your car. I will provide Linen pack that includes 1 Sheet Set per advertised bed, 1 Hand Towel per each bathroom and 1 Bath Towel per each guest. No wash cloths provided. Coin operated washing machine and dryer are available upon request. I offer free Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee/tea.
Guest parking limited to 4 vehicles.You are renting main house only. Guests have private access and exclusive use of the entire main house excluding the Apartment with a separate entrance attached to main house that is rented separately.
