The absolute best location on the beach in all of Southern California!
The home is located on an oversized double lot with amazing beach views, 270 degrees of beach and ocean views. It’s the only property with sand on 2 sides. 136 feet of beach frontage.
Home was the Beachhouse used on the iconic TV show: Beverly Hills 90210.
There plenty of deck space all with amazing views!
