Property information

The ABSOLUTE BEST location on the beach in ALL of Southern California! The only home with sand on two sides, on an oversized, double lot, with 136ft of ocean frontage! This ICONIC home was the beach house used on the old tv show Beverly Hills 90210!

Neighbourhood information

Where you’ll be Neighborhood highlights Property is located a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to downtown Manhattan Beach, and a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to downtown Hermosa Beach. Getting around I have one parking pass per unit. With the pass you are able to park at the ample metered street parking right behind the property.
