No need to find parking in downtown Fredericksburg! Just one short block to historic Main Street. If you have an EV, a 50A EV charging plug is available. The agape front cottage is a 1936 updated home with two queen bedrooms and one full bath. Decorated with luxury bedding and professionally cleaned to make sure property is in perfect condition. The yard has huge trees for the kids or pups. Newly remodeled and updated full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer including complimentary laundry soap etc. Snacks and drinks are also complimentary. Free wifi with cable tv.
Jim and karen Richardson own and operate the 3 Agape Cottage homes (agapebnbs.com) which sleep 14 if you have larger groups. We also own the Linens n More store in town (linensnmore.com). While staying with us receive a 10% discount in store. Karen operates the homes making sure they are in perfect condition while Jim operates the Linen store in town.
The Agape Cottage homes are one block off historic Main Street and are a safe place that will make you feel like your at grandma's house, only with updated furnishings.
