If you love mid-century, you will love this Rehoboth Beach gem! We call this a 'mid-century gem' as all of the wooden beams are exposed in the ceilings and the home was built in the 60s. The location is simply unbeatable - you will be just two blocks away from the beach. You will love sitting on the screened-in porch and enjoying a cold beverage after a nice day frolicking in the sand. Or you might as well hit the fully enclosed backyard. The backyard features a propane grill, perfect for warm-weather barbecues, a deck with a picnic table and patio chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to happily play. Inside, the living area boasts a large TV and a cozy C-shaped sofa. Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, however, you can find extra dining space at the breakfast bar, which seats more people if needed. The kitchen will make cooking a breeze as it's equipped with all major appliances (no dishwasher). Additional perks include TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment!
