Quiet neighborhood, homes are on 1/2 acre lots! Our home sits on half of our lot and the other half is available for boat and overflow parking! Plenty of parking for up to 6-8 boats!!
We are 5-8 minutes away from the park entrance to Katherine's Landing. The Laughlin casinos are less than 15 minutes away.
